Based
in Nottinghamshire, Duncan is currently a professional motor sport
instructor at Rockingham, Silverstone, Oulton Park and Donnington
Park.
Driving for Torquespeed he contested races in the 2004 Days of
Thunder series at Rockingham driving the No 27 car and the No 77
car for Team Catchpole. Duncan also contested the 2005 season
driving the No 31 car for Team Catchpole with team mate Phil Weaver.
Duncan is contesting the 2007 MAC TOOLS
V8 Trophy championship in a 170 mph V8 Chevy taking on the best
drivers in Europe.
Duncan's
pedigree is built on a solid foundation of motor sport since the
age of 13 including Ford Ford 1600/2000, Formula Atlantic, Formula
3, Formula 3000 and World Sports Cars.
The Days of Thunder "Nascar type" series is based on
the USA's top spectator sport Nascar,
attracting regular crowds of up to 250,000 weekly. Nascar
is a multi million pound sport supported by some of the biggest
corporate companies in motor racing. Nascar currently
race 43 Chevrolet, Pontiac and Ford muscle cars at speeds of up
to 210 mph on over 30 circuits in the USA with prize money in excess
of £1million for each race and TV coverage world-wide.
MAC TOOLS V8 Trophy Cars run at Rockingham,
Corby, Northamptonshire where you can enjoy high speed action
in both V8 muscle cars and pick-up trucks together with top entertainment
from some of the biggest stars in the music industry. You can
also use the excellent facilities to wine and dine or treat the
kids to rides on the funfair. All races are broadcast on both
